  Bluebird was founded by it's Head Chef and Co-owner Rick Robinson for a few reasons. 

    One, was to offer food that would be not only enjoyed but experienced.  To let people love what they eat, and find a place that would give them a chance to do this any time they arrived for a meal.  Second, was to offer this with nothing but a "totally fresh product, made to order and a healthy choice for dinning". 

    The only way to realize how committed Rick and Sherry are to providing these culinary delights is to experience it for yourself.  Here are a few things that you should know before you ever step into this bistro......

"Everything is grilled and the sauces are made with extra virgin olive oil, NOTHING is ever deep fried."

"All dressings, sauces, deserts and soups are made in house."

"Every dish made for Bluebird's dinning room is available with the same quality and value through the Take-out."
